Informativa sulla privacy

I process only what I need in order to reply to you and to do the work. I do not sell your data and I do not pass it to anyone for marketing.

This is what reaches me from the form on the site:

• Name — required, so I know what to call you.
• Phone — required, because I reply by calling.
• Website address — optional, if you want a site check.
• What you're dealing with — a choice from a list, so I know what it's about.
• Message — optional, whatever you write.

The form does not ask for an email address or a postal address, and it collects nothing you don't type into it yourself. If we start working together, billing details are added — but you give those separately, not through the website.

• To reply to your enquiry and agree what happens next.
• To do the work we agree on, and to communicate about it.
• To meet legal obligations — mainly issuing and keeping accounting documents.
• To know which pages people care about — anonymous statistics, and only if you consent.

• An enquiry that led nowhere — 1 year from the last contact. Then I delete it.
• An enquiry that turned into a project — for the duration of the cooperation and 3 years after it ends, in case of claims.
• Accounting documents — 5 years from the end of the accounting period, as Czech accounting law requires.
• Analytics data — 14 months at most, after which Google deletes it itself.

The site stores only essential cookies in your browser. They hold one thing: whether you consented to measurement or declined. Without that the site would ask you again on every page.

Google Analytics 4 starts only after you consent. Until you do, no analytics scripts load and nothing is measured — the site uses Consent Mode v2, so this is a technical setting rather than a statement.

You can change your consent at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer. The details are in the Cookie policy.

I have access to the data. Besides me it is processed by these services, and only to the extent their operation requires:

• Web3Forms — processes the submitted form and forwards it to my email. The message passes through it; it is not stored on the site.
• Email provider — your message arrives in my mailbox and stays there.
• Google Analytics 4 — anonymous traffic statistics, with consent only.
• Hosting provider — runs the site and keeps ordinary server logs.

I pass the data to nobody else and I use it for neither profiling nor automated decision-making.

Web3Forms and Google Analytics are services with servers outside the European Union, mainly in the United States. The transfer rests on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you would rather your message did not go through the form, email me directly or call — you'll reach me just as fast.

You have these rights over your data, and an email is enough to exercise them:

• To know what I hold about you — and get a copy.
• To have it corrected if something is wrong.
• To have it deleted where I have no legal reason to keep it.
• To restrict processing or object to it.
• To receive the data in a machine-readable form and take it elsewhere.
• To withdraw consent at any time — this does not affect what happened before.
• To complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority, Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, uoou.cz.
