The model uses missed calls per week × 4.3 weeks × an assumed 30% conversion rate × a fixed job value. Job values are: plumber 8 000, heating 15 000, gas 10 000, electrician 7 000 and auto shop 6 000 Kč. This estimates potential revenue, not measured loss or profit. The 2–3, 4–6 and 7+ bands use 3, 5 and 8 calls. Other trades use a job value of 8 000 Kč. The remaining answers affect only the suggested next steps.
