Rebranding
A new logo is the easy part. The hard part is moving everything that hung on the old name without losing customers along the way.

Inventory
First we write down everywhere the old name lives: website, invoices, contracts, vehicles, signage, email, profiles, packaging. This list is usually twice as long as anyone expects.

The brand is designed against the hardest cases — a small sign and an invoice — not against a deck. What holds there holds everywhere.

Moving across
Things change in the order the customer sees them. The goal is that nobody has to wonder whether it is still the same company.
Where we have done it
The move from 123 Shared Mobility to Blynkr, including operations and the customer path — not just a logo swap. Plus a nineteen-page brand and purchasing system for the SUNON.cz e-shop: one anchor colour with eleven working shades, a separate neutral scale, and a contrast ratio written out for every combination.
Brand from 12 000 Kč, with a new website 45 000 Kč together. A larger transition is scope-based.
