Marketing strategy

Brief & Field defines customers, offer and outreach approach for your sales team. STRJ can then implement the website, campaign and CRM.

When you need this

  • Advertising runs, but the enquiries do not come, or they are poor.
  • You grow on referrals and do not know how to grow deliberately.
  • Your portfolio spans sectors and it is difficult to choose relevant references.
  • You are about to hire a salesperson and do not know what to put in their hands.

What you get

  • Two or three segments worth focusing on, and the reason why.
  • For each segment, the sentence you say to it — and how it differs from what competitors say.
  • Channels ranked by their relevance to the target customers.
  • Activities to discontinue, with reasons.

How it runs

  1. 01

    Where you are

We review where work comes from and which customers and projects fit the business.

  2. 02

    Where to aim

We select target segments using your experience and completed work, then define an offer for each.

  3. 03

    With what

A message and channel plan for each segment, including wording the sales team can use.

Where we have done it

A V4 markets project for Asahi within CEMS: a comparison of four markets and entry recommendations. Plus a commercial diagnosis for MARQIO — nine points on why a company growing on referrals cannot cross borders, four of them explicitly marked as uncertain. At VŠE, international marketing management, and Marketing & Sales at MCI Innsbruck, both with top grades.

Sales tune-up 9 900 Kč. A larger strategy is scope-based.
